First time at a Panera Bread Cafe. Shaina, Tucker, Leisa and me totally enjoyed the freshest lunch North Syracuse (Cicero)has to offer. Thanks for the nice assist Shay.
To be fair I didn't even eat their food- called to check if they deliver to an address because the app was behaving strangely. Automated system said you can place an order to go through over the phone- apparently not. Woman answered the phone very rudely, no real greeting, when I asked she promptly said I was wrong and offered no solution. I then said "okay thank you" and she hung up. Very rude, will not ever order from here purely because of this poor customer service. I didn't even call in during a busy hour for them. Very disappointed as I am from out of town where my panera is very nice and helpful.
Wonderful place to relax & have a nice lite meal & pastry if you like. Reasonably priced so whole families can enjoy
Fresh tasting and huge portions! Crisp salads, delicious soups, and the sandwiches are fantastic! Not to mention the pastry selection is wonderful as well!
