Consistently slow service. It doesn’t seem to matter what day of the week or time of day it is, how many staff or customers, you will always have a wait. I can never stop as a quick errand, it always needs to be planned with sufficient time allotted. Very frustrating.
Good bank with national access. The service here is friendly and usually quick. The building is old and dated but they have the perks of being accessible to national customers.
