On another note, if you keep on top of them and make sure they are touching up spots like fenders and bottoms of doors there is a chance that the product might actually help. I had been doing this for the last few years without issue to make sure my newer car didn’t rust like my Jeep. I guess there was a management change in Cicero, and they wanted to charge me $100 bucks to touch up a very small area. Still a long shot that it actually works, my 3rd car is a 2012 and there is already rust on the bottom of the door.
I live and commute a lot to/from New Jersey. As you can tell, the driving is intense and hard on the vehicle. I happily take it annually to Ziebart, and they know just what to do. Not only are the friendly, professional, and knowledgable, but they also custom-tailor what I need for my car. Andy, who served me most recently, was a fantastic resource, flexible in nature, and put my mind at ease when it comes to my vehicle. Driving 100+ miles a day, I wouldn't trust anyone else besides Andy and his team.

I have been a customer for a while. I have had 3 cars undercoated with panel protection. People need to be really aware of what they are buying. You are not really buying a rust warranty, what you are buying is a RUST HOLE warranty. That is all they will cover. If it’s not rusted through, they will not cover it. My jeep was in there for annual inspection every year, and after year 5 it was rusting. The chances of rust getting to that point in 10 years is pretty slim. I tried to claim it with no success.
Just shows that they are all about the money, just selling you a warranty you can likely never collect on. If you are not keeping your car for more than 5 years, save your money. And if you are, do something else, these guys are not worth it.
I am a first time customer for Ziebart. I was greeted by friendly staff and and received great customer service from Sara, Joe, and Andy. Brought my Jeep Wrangler in for the rust protection/undercoating. My Jeep looks great and I can bring it in every year for a touch up if needed- Will use them again for other services and will let my friends know too!
Took my 2011 Sierra to Ziebart in Cicero. What an outstanding job they did to my truck!!! It looked like it came off the showroom when I picked it up, I was speechless. I had my truck undercoated, upper body rust protection, Diamond gloss exterior and inner guard on the interior, also had the bed Rhino lined. Everything came out perfect, it was ready in 3 days! Sara answered all my questions and was really helpful and friendly. I recommend making the call to the Ziebart in Cicero
