I have had them come in before and they were very professional. Unfortunately not this time. They walked in with snowy boots. There was no drop cloth on the sand stone hearth like before. Tools were put on the bare sand stone hearth. When we told the tech you are not supposed to touch the solid copper face plate with your hands, he said I know as he proceeds to use his bare hands. While one guy is working the other was playing on his phone. When I called the store and spoke to the manager Mike and told him what was going on, he told me to tell his guys to pack up and leave. Not want I want to hear 2 days before Thanksgiving. I guess Mike got a hold of them because they threw it together but never even lite the pilot light. They lost a customer.
