Clean, friendly staff. Staff is always there to help and answer questions. I've used this facility twice and never had a problem.
David showed me around and had great ideas for the type of storage I need. He assured safety and cleanliness, which I saw as I toured the property. Knowing a professional like him is behind this facility makes me feel more at ease. I will definitely be back when I close on the house!

I have stored with you all for a little over a year now. This place is always so clean and I always see the manager with a broom or a leaf blower. She is always cleaning something. I stopped in when she was out for surgery and the young man who helped me was just wonderful. You Guys Rock. Keep up the good work.
My wife and I stored at the UB"s in Liverpool when Michelle was there. When we found out that Michelle moved to the Cicero Location we were very Happy, because this location is just down the road from our home. Michelle is a Asset to your company; She has a wonderful personality and is always kind. I don't know how she does it because her Employees are Just as Great as she is.
