Generally a good experience, and I think we've gotten good value for the money. As above, though, I'd recommend that if you have anything outside your house that you want to make sure is protected - grills, screens, cars, etc. - I'd suggest taking matters into your own hands and bring them inside, move them temporarily, or cover them yourself.
The estimate they came up with was competitive with other companies, and included all the necessary insurance (roofers' insurance, NOT general contractor's insurance, as many places try to get away with). You can pay via credit card, too, which is nice if you have a card that accrues points.
Very good. I always received callbacks in a timely manner and they were on-time for all appointments, or let me know with plenty of lead time if they had to reschedule. No high-pressure "follow-up calls" like I got from some other companies. They have a nice brochure with lots of local references.
Reid just finished a re-roof for me. They did an excellent job and were very detail oriented. They have put together a talented crew with knowledge and expertise. When they were done they did an excellent job in cleaning up. My recommendation: If you are looking for a cheap fast job, call someone else. If you want a quality job done with quality materials done by a conscientious crew, then call Reid Roofing and talk to Bill who will come out and give you an estimate. Great bunch of people!

It was very tough to get a hold of them, and when they did finally return you phone calls it was 2-3 days later. For a company who says that they want your business, they should return phone call promptly and not make excuses. Which is what they did a lot every time I talked to them. Save yourself a headache.

We were a little disappointed after they did the work, because the person who gave us our estimate made a big deal about how professional they are, the lengths they go to in order to protect the property, and how thorough they are when cleaning up. Nevertheless, the crew scratched several screens and even broke a nice lawn ornament, and there was still some tar paper on the lawn when they were done. Honestly, if the guy hadn't made such a big deal about how well they do this part of the job, I might have been less dissatisfied with it. They paid for replacing the screens, although the crew wouldn't admit that they broke the lawn ornament and so the company wouldn't pay for it.
I don't know anything about roofing, so all I can say is that it looks like good quality work to me. There's also a long warranty in case something does go wrong.

Don't count on service after the sale. They are glad to take your money and upsell you like craz, but you had better hope you don't have a problem later! They talk a good game when it comes to standing behind their work but when it comes time to deliver on warranty work you are on your own.
