for the service provided, rented mini van for my family vacation. the location close at 0600pm asked if I can finish paperwork early and pick up the car later. no problem at this point, got the car after working hours car was filthy food crumbs all over dirt over the seats and the floor, feet prints on the windshield, windshield was so dirty that was unsafe to drive at night. was to late to complaint and we were leaving for one week trip with my kids. When I called on Monday during our trip the representatives Rich told me " what do I want out of this " after I was telling him about the car, I told him that was calling to let them know that's all. Man I wish I got the car some other place, and in the end I got tag another day because I was not by 6 oclock at the place and the invoice I received I was charged since the morning when I signed the paperwork not when I picked it up. Such a scam place !!!!!!

My company rents through Enterprise for all their car rentals. I did a private rental for personal use and was very disappointed. I called earlier in the week to advise them that I needed a vehicle that would fit 3 large suitcases. When I arrived the crossover they were putting me in barely would fit 1 suitcase. They then told me there would be an upcharge to put me in a SUV even though when I rented they told me they could accommodate me with a car that would hold what I needed. The vehicle I wound up with was not cleaned and the drivers mat was soaked (smelled like a combo of wet dog and rancid feet) I did not realize it was soaked until I ruined a bag that I put on the floor. The smell alone was rancid and unfortunately due to my sensitivity to scent made my first few days of vacation as well as my first few days back horrible as I had to take benedryl due to my throat closing and headache from the smell. I tried to air it out and Lysol the vehicle while at the hotel. I called and told them about the issue and again when I returned the vehicle. The charged me more than I expected and there only thing they offered was a free upgrade on my next vehicle which I already get with the coupons from my book and 99% of my rentals from them are work related and therefore wld not need it. I do not feel the rate was acceptable since I did request a vehicle to fit 3 suitcases and they advised not a problem at the rate I was originally quoted and due to the lack of cleanliness of the vehicle. It also only had a half tank of gas which I did not know until I pulled away. I also thought it was bad on the person I spoke to continuously blaming his service department since the desk people pulled it up for me not service ...at that time they should have seen it was not clean.
Have rented many cars from Enterprise and am always satisfied. If I had to critique at all, cleanliness of cars have started lacking the past few rentals. Otherwise, always pleased :)

Very nice to have them come and get me! Very nice, very polite employees! Nice clean vehicle. Got a free upgrade because they were short on the car I ordered online...Bonus!
