If I could rate them ZERO STARS I would. We were basically " guided " to rent from this location from State Farm as they have an agreement with Hertz to make everything easy " regarding payment and a small discount" for being a customer of State Farm. Unfortunately, we had to go here twice. After the first time I said that we would never go back due to extremely poor customer service, and an unbelievable lack of vehicle choice. This lack of vehicle choice is of course not managements problem. They make is seem like it is the customers problem and that they are doing you a favor to get you a car at all. The manager is unprofessional and lacks empathy. ( I am pretty sure she is going to have to look up that word) Due to the fact that she really does not care, she might not see this review, but at least someone will. Unfortunately, we had to go back there again due to another accident, I am not sure why I thought it would be different for the second rental. Maybe because it is Hertz, a well known national company, well, it was the same, no cars and rude customer service. Do yourself a favor, drive a little further to get your car or go somewhere else.
