Purchased a $70.00 keyboard all the bells and whistles. Aprox a month goes by the letter q and v quit working so I take it in they beg for phone number and email for rewards but won't use it to find my purchase. Says receipt say 14 days. So folks don't shop here Staples here I come. Spoke to 3 people not one attempted to look for my purchase had credit card and rewards phone number didn't bother looking. Learn from my misstake.
