I have known Stacy Laxen and her staff for over 4 years since we have brought our Yorkies and Goldens to her. We followed Dr. Laxen and Concetta when they opened the Total Veterinary Care in March 2017...Dr. Laxen and Concetta have made home visits to care for our animals as well. Dr.Laxen is ALWAYS available to discuss any of our 4 dogs and son's cats when there has been an issue. With 4 dogs and 3 cats there are many. I would and have recommended Dr. Laxen and her staff to anyone looking for a clean setting, knowledgeable, as well as extremely caring staff, and people who are truly ANIMAL LOVERS...

Not experienced. We bought a dog from Petland and this vet is the preferred veterinary clinic. The dog we bought was treated for a cough for 2 weeks at Petland and once released we bought the dog. When at this vet office just a few days later, they did not recognize the dog at all. Which is odd because it was the only breed that had been at Petland the entire month. The vet assistants were a joke. You can clearly see that this place is the first brick and mortar location for a former vet-on-wheels operation.
I adopted an adult dog this summer and started taking her here for her wellness exam and vaccinations and we've been going back ever since. We've been multiple times in the past months dealing with UTI issues and Dr. Laxen is always thorough in her examinations, upfront and details procedures (no matter how minor), never tries to up sell or force unnecessary/ expensive tests, and she really is an animal lover! The staff is always friendly and always calls a day or two after a visit to check in.
